Bon Appétit!

What to feed your guests is always the question? Your caterer can help you with a menu. Your food choices will be based on your wedding/reception time, your budget and you and your groom's tastes. Consider those guests that might have special dietary needs. Be considerate of your caterer. Order enough food for all your guests. Don't expect your caterer to feed 200 and you only pay for 100. If budget is a problem, have a smaller guest list or order food that is not as extravagant. Finally, always use licensed caterers. Ask to see their Mississippi state health permit. Bon Apetit!
